Dave is a IIIrd Degree ITF style TKD Instructor with over 40 years in the art. He still runs classes but is limited in his performance due to spinal surgery (twice and expecting another) and a total left hip replacement and he has been diagnosed with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. He gained his Ist Degree from Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha, his IInd from Grandmaster Lee Kwan Young and his IIIrd from Grandmaster Paul Liversidge.

Dee Frost is a professional Silversmith, Jeweller and metal worker with a shop and workshop in Copperhouse, Hayle. She has recently conducted Jewellery classes at Truro college.  Dee will also conduct jewellery making lessons in her workshop if anyone is interested.
