Dave began his Taekwon-do story in the UKTA/ITF under the wing of his father D.G.Anderson who guided him up to 1st Degree under GM Rhee Ki-Ha in 1984.  Continuing in TKD after the sad demise of his father, he gained his 2nd Degree qualification under GM Lee Kwan Young and his 3rd Degree under GM Paul Liversidge. Dave had to retire from TKD for health reasons but the school that his father started and Dave continued  'Andersons TKD School' still survives in Cottesmore, Rutland.

Through all of his years of commitment to TKD, Dave had'nt really found anything that seemed to have lasting value that was also unique to the situation, other than card certificates and mass produced plastic or cast trophies, cups or shields.

Together with Dee, they put their heads together and decided to do something bespoke and permanent for every customer.

Everything we make is made to order requirements. We began this venture with Alluminium cuffs and soon progressed to copper and brass acid etched cuffs. Dee then used her silversmithing skills to create silver rings, earrings and cufflinks. Dave then started producing plaques with acid etched copper and cut out alluminium calligraphy. Daves skill and techniques have improved and currently loves etching plaques with club logos etc on for presentations.
